Tanya Smith-Sreen is a Program Officer with the Research & Evaluation Department of FHI 360’s Global Education, Employment and Engagement business unit. In this role, Smith-Sreen oversees operations, communications and knowledge management for the department and its research projects, including the Education Equity Research Initiative. In addition to managing current awards, she supports the department in pursuing business development opportunities and provides technical assistance with qualitative analysis and desk research.
Before joining FHI 360, Smith-Sreen served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala, for which she coordinated positive youth development activities and facilitated life skills workshops.
Smith-Sreen holds a BA in International Studies from American University.
