
Edward Oladele, a specialist public health physician, is currently Chief of Party of the FHI 360 led USAID Open Doors Project in Zambia. He also serves as the Country Representative for FHI 360 in Zambia. He leads a team of seasoned experts who build the capacity of key-populations led civil society organizations to deliver quality services for the KP community as well as ensure a KP-friendly service delivery environment in government health facilities. In his previous role as Senior Technical Advisor with the HIV Division at FHI 360, he worked with HIV and health programs in multiple countries to introduce innovative strategies that helped overcome challenges inherent in different contexts in a bid to impact lives of individuals, families and communities. He is passionate about people and system-oriented results, committed to high performance and loves to see improved outcomes from highly motivated teams
