Ebelechukwu Monye is a Research Intern for the Evidence Unit of the Chief Science Office at FHI 360. She is passionate about telling stories with data and her role allows her to use her creativity and expertise in producing evidence-based blog posts and systematic reviews on contemporary developmental topics.

Before joining FHI 360, Ebelechukwu worked as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Moving forward, she is interested in research that revolutionizes access to finance and education for the underserved. Her interest lies in simplifying rigorous development research and providing data and information in formats easily accessible to policymakers. She currently does this with her financial inclusion comic series.

Ebelechukwu gained her master’s degree in International Development Policy from Georgetown University and bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria.
