Tiffany Lillie is a Senior Technical Advisor for the Linkages across the Continuum of HIV Services for Key Populations Affected by HIV (LINKAGES) project at FHI 360. She has over fifteen years of experience in HIV programming. Her primary focus on the LINKAGES project is developing global guidance and supporting implementation around the UNAIDS 90-90-90 goals, and technically backstopping a number of country programs.

Previously, Lillie led a multi-agency PEPFAR Prevention team as Prevention Branch Chief at USAID/Cote d’Ivoire, and served as Prevention Advisor and Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Advisor at the USAID/Office of HIV/AIDS (OHA). She also worked as an international consultant while living in Armenia and Morocco, and provided technical assistance to a number of donors and non-governmental organizations in HIV prevention, evaluations and assessments. These experiences have sharpened Lillie’s technical skills as well as broadened her experience within the international HIV community.

Lillie has master and doctorate degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
