Sean Cremin is a Research Assistant with the Research and Evaluation (R&E) Department in the Global Education, Employment and Engagement business unit at FHI 360. He serves as a data analyst for education in emergencies, early grade reading and civil society programs, as well as the Education Policy and Data Center (EPDC). In this role, Cremin supports quantitative and qualitative data analysis, tool development and data management for various research activities. His research interests include education system strengthening and educational equity in conflict-affected contexts.

Prior to joining FHI 360, Cremin worked as a knowledge management consultant at Creative Associates International. He has a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from Pomona College, where he studied the political economy of development and post-conflict reconstruction.
