Mandy Swann is a Technical Advisor for FHI 360’s ASPIRES project. She has over 15 years of international development experience in program implementation, research and strategy. Her work focuses on innovative approaches to improve health, nutrition and livelihoods for vulnerable populations. Swann leads mixed-methods research and evaluation activities to understand and address the structural and behavioral factors that influence HIV care and treatment outcomes.
Swann is a technical leader in HIV and orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) programming, integrated development, health systems strengthening, local capacity development and economic strengthening. She holds a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
