Kristin Brady serves as Director of the Youth and Learning Department for FHI 360 where she provides expert guidance and technical assistance to FHI 360 programs across the organization’s portfolio on evidence-based youth development practices. She also serves as project director for USAID’s YouthPower Action project, a cross-sectoral multi-country youth development program. Brady has nearly thirty years’ experience as a youth and education expert, project manager and policy maker.

Brady has managed youth projects in Africa and Latin America, published studies on public private partnerships in Latin America and served as senior staff on the Senate Foreign Relations. As a specialist in youth development, she is co-chair of the Society for International Development Youth Working Group and has served as co-chair of the Alliance for International Youth Development Advocacy Working Group.

Brady has a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
