Kharisma Nugroho
Kharisma Nugroho is FHI 360’s Asia Pacific Associate Director for Strategic Information, Monitoring & Evaluation. In this role, he provides advisory services and quality assurance related to research, monitoring and evaluation, and project deliverables to APRO-managed projects in the region.
Prior to (re)joining FHI 360, Kharisma was Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor for USAID Asia Regional Counter Trafficking in Persons Project. In Indonesia, he was the Program Lead of Knowledge Production and Intermediary of the Knowledge Sector Initiative Project, a DFAT-funded program in Indonesia to strengthen evidence-informed policy and policy making. Kharisma also worked with private companies where he was the Chief Accountant at Shell Companies in Indonesia and Commercial Manager with Siemens Industrial Automation.
Kharisma is a certified public accountant who loves sociological thinking, especially Socratic questioning. He has a Doctoral Degree from the University of Indonesia, with a dissertation on socio-sexuality and HIV epidemic in Indonesia.
