Anja Lendvay oversees the clinical operations group for the Product Development and Introduction department at FHI 360. She is responsible for the development and implementation of clinical operations strategies, standard operating procedures and internal reporting procedures across clinical research activities. She has a particular interest in the development of longer-acting contraceptive technologies.
Lendvay has 17 years of experience leading all project management aspects for clinical trials and product development programs. She has managed and monitored projects in the United States (U.S.), Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa – including an early contraceptive product development project in the U.S. and China, phase I-III contraceptive trials in the U.S. and Latin America, phase III HIV prevention trials in Africa, and post-marketing contraceptive studies in Africa and Asia.
Lendvay holds an MPH and a BS from Tulane University.
