Inthira is a Country Programme Lead of the Better Health Programme Thailand. She also a technical lead of the NCD strategy pillar, focusing on salt and sodium intake reduction. Inthira is a public health expert with over 14 years of experience in public health research and policy. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing research programs on a range of topics and using evidence generated to advocate for policy change at the national level. Before joining FHI 360, Inthira worked at the Department of Global Health Protection, Thailand MOPH—US CDC Collaboration leading research on Zika virus during pregnancy. Prior to this, she held positions with the International Health Policy Program, World Health Organization, and the Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program. She holds a PhD in Public Health and Policy from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and an MBA from the National Institute of Development Administration.
