Carolyn Moore was the Secretariat Director of the Global Handwashing Partnership, a coalition of international organizations with a secretariat hosted by FHI 360. She led the Partnership’s strategy in advocacy, thought leadership, and dissemination of best practices and innovation. Moore has a background in maternal and child health, digital health, health education, and community development.
Moore has previously worked in global health initiatives at Jhpiego, Tulane University, Abt Associates, and The QED Group. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Kyrgyz Republic focused on sustainable organizational and community development. Moore has a BA degree from The George Washington University and an MPH from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
