Rachel Hatch is a Senior Research Associate in the Global Education, Employment and Engagement business unit at FHI 360. An experienced international education researcher, Hatch has expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including in statistical survey data analysis, education projections modeling, and development of measurement frameworks and tools. She has been involved with research on a variety of issues, including education equity and social cohesion, the relationship of early marriage to school attendance, and inclusive education. Her analytical skills have found numerous applications, from research papers to country profiles to interactive resource planning tools.

Hatch holds an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in English Literature with a minor in Russian from Colby College.
