Morgan Garcia is a Technical Advisor within the FHI 360 Science Facilitation Department. She currently provides technical assistance to the USAID/PEPFAR-funded Maximizing Options to Advance Informed Choice for HIV Prevention (MOSAIC) project across a portfolio of activities to increase the engagement of adolescent girls and young women in the rollout and scale-up of novel biomedical HIV prevention products, address gender-based violence (GBV) in the provision of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and collaborate with governments on improved PrEP and sexual and reproductive health policy. She also serves as lead clinical research manager for the NIH-funded MTN-034/REACH crossover study of oral PrEP and the dapivirine vaginal ring among adolescent girls and young women in East and Southern Africa.  

Morgan has more than fifteen years of experience conducting and leading programming in sexual and reproductive health, GBV response, youth-friendly services, and disease surveillance and treatment in diverse settings including South Sudan, Papua New Guinea, Peru, and Uganda. Morgan has an MPH from Oregon State University.
