Chndy Rogel

Former Intern, Research and Evaluation

Chndy Rogel was an Intern in the Research and Evaluation Department of the Global Education, Employment and Engagement Business Unit at FHI 360. She has five years of experience in research and project management. At FHI 360, she provided data instrument design, research, and data analysis support to various education projects, primarily learning agenda projects on fidelity of implementation and professional learning communities.

Before joining FHI 360, Rogel has been pursuing her master’s degree at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS) in Monterey, California, where she also worked as a graduate research assistant for the Mixed-methods Evaluation, Training, and Analysis Lab. As a graduate research assistant, she conducts data analysis and visualization and provides training on various data-related software to graduate students. Rogel has previously worked with public and private nonprofit organizations in Colombia, Nepal, the Philippines and Thailand contributing to their work on research, monitoring and evaluation, and analysis, in micro, small, and medium enterprise development and rural development.

Rogel has a BS in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines and will be graduating with a Master’s degree in International Policy and Development, with a specialization in program monitoring, evaluation, and design from MIIS.
